Our Journey of Empowerment
Founded with a vision to uplift and inspire, More Than Anything Production Organization began as a small initiative to provide hands-on media mentoring to young adults. Fueled by the belief in creative potential, our team started offering accessible training in audio, video, and theater arts, welcoming youth from all backgrounds.
Over the years, we have expanded our programs to include film training, podcast production, and digital storytelling, giving participants the tools and confidence to share their own stories. Our commitment to nurturing talent has led to numerous successful projects, community partnerships, and inspiring alumni who now thrive in creative industries.
Each milestone—whether launching a new program or seeing a student’s first film premiere—reminds us of the power of opportunity. As we continue to grow, our passion for empowering youth through media mentoring remains at the heart of everything we do.
A Message From Our Founder, Tonia Lee

As Founder, I believe that every person carries something valuable within them—an idea, a story, a talent, and a purpose that deserves the opportunity to be developed and shared.
The foundation of More Than Anything Production Organization is rooted in faith and guided by a simple principle: what we create, what we communicate, and what we place before others should have purpose, integrity, and the ability to inspire good.
We believe creativity carries influence.
Therefore, we choose to create with purpose.
Philippians 4:8 serves as a foundational blueprint for More Than Anything Production, guiding us to seek what is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, admirable, virtuous, and worthy of praise.
The Content We Desire to Produce
We believe that the work we produce should be accompanied by the character we carry. We desire to cultivate the fruit of the Holy Spirit, according to the Word, within our organization, our youth media programs, our partnerships, and most of all the lives we are privileged to impact.
